K&S Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded in 1981 as a small commercial heating, air conditioning and ventilation contracting company.  Since then, K&S has grown to become one of California’s largest open-shop mechanical contractors.  Our goals are to provide quality HVAC installations and designs for our clients at a competitive price with honesty and integrity.

Our in-house project management team has over 100 total years of experience in the Southern California HVAC market and has a vast amount of experience in commercial office, hospital, cleanroom, restaurant, industrial and retail work.

Our field forces include sheet metal, hydronic and HVAC refrigeration piping installation, controls, start-up and maintenance personnel.

We have engineering capabilities to design any type of HVAC system and can complete all necessary mechanical Title 24 calculations required for design/build projects.  We have AutoCAD capability and have a LEED Accredited Professional on staff.  K&S is completely bondable.

K&S Air Conditioning is also a proud member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.  ABC is a national trade organization founded in 1950 representing over 22,000 merit shop contractors, subcontractors, materials suppliers and related firms.
